Telecom · Open Source · Quality Engineering

With 25 years at the intersection of telecommunications and open-source innovation, I've dedicated my career to building the infrastructure that powers global conversation.

As the inventor of rtpengine and a member of the Kamailio management board, I created and actively define the backbone of modern enterprise communication. This work at Sipwise led to a successful acquisition by Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise in 2018.

Today, as CEO and Co-Founder of Sipfront, I am architecting the next generation of quality assurance. Our platforms define the reliability standard for global communication leaders, from Tier-1 carriers like T-Mobile and Dstny to UCaaS pioneers like Sipgate and Enreach, and the frontier of Voice AI like Parloa and Subphonic. Two decades in real-time voice are what let us define rigorous QA for voice bots, and Sipfront's Voice AI assessments turn that into reliable rollouts and flawless operations once agents are live, together with integration partners like InfinitCX .

"In real-time communication, hope is not a strategy. If you aren't measuring the experience, you aren't managing the connection."
